Coaching Group with Dr. Verity Elston
Target Group: Doctoral Students & Postdocs
Focused on career choices within or beyond academia
with this coaching, we will plot the lines of our professional journeys after the postdoc or PhD. Rather than imagining paths with a specific destination, we will turn instead to way-finding: taking small steps forward by understanding who and where we are in the present moment; gathering information and prototyping ideas for where we might go and what we might do next; and building the tools to open the next chapter with curiosity and excitement.
